Graphic card cleaning

I just bought a used gtx 1080 zotac mini and its filled with alot of dust

Can I open it up and spray 99 isopropyl alcohol all over the PCB and let it dry? Is it safe

I know I can use compressed air but want to know if it's safe to spray it with alcohol

Just use compressed air, it will blow all the dust away and doesn't damage your components
