Ok here is the deal I just sold my HP Pavilion 8750h with 1060 maxq and I want a new rig but I can't get it till June 3rd because I got to wait on my mom to bring it to me from the USA I am currently in Bosnia(shit is so damn expensive down here is not even funny)

I am pretty sure that ryzen 4 wont be out by then and I am not sure if I should wait or get everything but the CPU. I mean I can wait a lil bit longer I just got a 2600k and 16GB of RAM for free of my cousin was planning on getting a Case and PSU that I would keep for my new build. I m buying a used rx580 that I can always resell and not lose too much.

So here is what I was gonna get

Tomahawk max  $100

Red dragon 5700 xt $430

Patriot Viper 3733MHz 16GB $75

Silicon Power 1TB NVMe gen 3 $105

Seagate FireCuda Gaming 2TB $60

I was gonna get some parts Valentine's day and the rest beginning of May because that's the days Amazon got the best savings.

I am not sure if I want a tomahawk or x470 carbon or even b450m mortar max.

Not sure to go for RD 5700xt or MSI

Just looking for the best option at the best price.

What would u do?

Don't buy anything until you're somewhere closer to the date of getting them

This market moves and develops so quickly its scary.

Ryzen 4, could be around that time or could not. Now you have to be patient. The Forth gen could be ground breaking.

If you can't use it u til June, don't buy it u til May at least (unless there is some absolutely sick deal). Chances are there will be new stuff released and current stuff wil be cheaper or obsolete by then.

It definitely could be and I really don't want to buy a 3700x a month before 4700x comes out that's just stupid

Get everything as late as you can. Prices always go down so buying 5 months in advance would just end up with you paying for stuff to sit on a shelf at your place rather than in the store.
