Where is a safe place to buy a product key?

Just installed Windows 10 Pro without a key. Been using it for a couple of days, and some of the limitations that come with not having a key is a little annoying. Where would the best place be to buy a key for Windows 10 Pro? A place where they don't steal your card information or resell the key to another user. And also not over $100.

When I elect to purchase a Key I do it on Ebay for around $3-5 per key.  They are one time use keys, just ensure the seller is legit (I.E. read his reviews) and Ive never had an issue.  If you must buy a product key another way, I actually don't use any other method so I cant assist further (I prefer no tax at all)

I've bought from Kinguin, scdkey, and Ebay a few times.  Never had a problem.

I've bought multiple Windows keys from eBay without problems, everything from Home to Enterprise and Server. Haven't had any problems, plus they are like $3-$5 so it isn't a big loss if one stops working.
