So I have 2 questions.

One on the EVGA website they say they recommend a 600w psu. Well I currently have a CX500 would it be enough or should I do what EVGA recommends.

And 2 what is the difference between these 2?

It's enough.

The gpu site psu recommendations are often inflated in case people use crap psus and start complaining.

I'm not sure about the versions but I'd say they're pretty much just for looks.

500W will be enough, might a little tight, but it will be enough trust me.

And I really can't find any difference between these two cards, don't know what is happening here.

I currently have a FX-6300, would I still be able to overclock it?

Not by a lot I think, it's a very power hungry CPU and overclocking it is not a really good idea IMO, but maybe that's just the scared-of-killing-a-component part waking up in me.

The second option being the 2776-KR has a dual bios option which is great for overclocking or flashing different bios' to the card. It's essentially a fail safe in case you mess up the original bios so you can switch to the stock bios.

In most cases it's completely unnecessary but if you like to do a lot of bios flashing or card modding it can come in handy. Other than that these are essentially the same cards.
