Safe?

My GPU hit 101 degree and CPU hit 96 degrees when playing GTA 5 for a long period

Started about 2days ago last time it was fine no idea what happen 

Is it safe?

Reference blower-style RX5700 XT ? AMD says it's safe, i doubt but there's little you can do besides returning it and buying non-reference.

Clean out the dust and maybe replace thermal paste.

what case, what fans, what gpu what cpu, what cpu cooler 

AMD blackout rig

 

cpu: ryzen 5 3600 @4.4ghz @1.35v

gpu: rx5700xt 2200mhz

ram: vengeance lpx c15 3200mhz

mobo: gigabyte b550 auros pro 

psu: cooler master mwe 650w

case: masterbox mbx520

fans:Noctua industrial 3000rpm x6

and if its amd though may need to try the plastic washers on the 4 screws that holds it down to the gpu die if all the other suggestions fail as some of these gpu's have some poor contact pressure to begin with.
