help with custom water cooling

hi im fairly new to custom water cooling, this will be my first ever custom system...

i was looking for a list of parts (fans not included) that will run on a rtx 2080 ti (any version under 1,200) and ryzen 9 3900X. i would like to keep the cost under $500

and have 2, 360mm radiators. i am planning on using a lian li pc o-11 dynamic so size space isnt much of a concern.

any help will be appreciated, i would like to buy exclusively of off amazon, parts lists would be absolutely amazing

So that’s $500 usd for a pump/res, cpu block and gpu block? 

 

Prices will be somewhat the same on a card but would need to know what card you’re getting exactly. 

Also do you care if it’s cooper or nickel plated? Plexi or rgb? 

Do you care about brand consistency?

i will use any card as long as it is under $1200 i could care less about rgb but if the res had some lighting that would be nice 

anything as long as im not mixing copper/aluminum, nickel/aluminum I can pay a little more for copper radiators if that is the way to go.
