HELP SCREEN TEAR !!!!!

I play r6s and I get alot of screen Tear while playing recording streaming no sync of any kind solves the issue I have a144hz monitor and my pc specs are i5 9600k rtx 2060 I tried capping my FPS at 144 didn’t work could my gpu be causing this ? Maybe my monitor? Please I need help should I buy a new gpu bc mine only has 4 gb .please help !!

Wich Connection so you use from GPU -> Monitor?

What are the game’s spec? 
 

I only have 4GB RAM on my GPU but never found it an issue. I play Skyrim and a few flight sims plus CSGO and RL.

 

My freesync monitor keeps me free from tear as long as I make sure I use the right resolution and graphics quality to keep in the freesync range.
