I order a ryzen 5 2600x , 16gb ddr4 memory  and a msi b450 gaming max mbd and need a graphics card for it and I need it to buget.can you help

how did you get 18GB RAM, and what does this mean: "need a graphics card for it and I need it to buget"

Second hand RX 580 would still be a reasonably priced GPU for 1080p gaming

if you have a good enough power supply, the RX 5700 is at a really good deal, price to performance wise. Here's one from ASRock
