Good, quiet, managed switch recommendations?

My house is tiny so a quiet switch is preferred. (the used enterprise stuff looks tempting, but they are usually power hungry wind turbines) 

 

Would like PoE+ for cameras and other future stuff.

Any suggestions or brands? Thanks,

PoE+ usually means fans, because power supply inside has to supply 3-500+ watts (n watts x number of ports)
