Cable touching GPU heatsink a big issue?

Not worried about it anymore.

Turns out GIGABYTE rtx 2070 super gaming OC is built like this. Watched multiple videos and tech blogs and this cable was always laid on top of the heatsink. 

Looking at this picture here, it appears to be double insulated.
