Powerful GPU for 100$ ? RX570. Power GPU and RAM for 100$ ? Well, GT 1030 may fit there but i'd not call it particularly powerful one.

An iGPU might be an option if you want to fit RAM and GPU in $100. How much RAM are you looking to get and what games do you want to play?

Depending on the specific game(s) and/or resolution, a 60$ GPU is going to be very underpowered.

 

As @Juular said, for 100$ you could get a Radeon RX 570, which is quite decent, for 60$ your options are a lot more limited.

You're not going to get anything good for $60.

Maybe a used 750ti
