Which cable you use displayport or hdmi,when I use displayport hdr10 not work,also I my speakers not work?

i don't think the monitor actually has speakers: i think it only shows up as an audio device as it has an audio out on the monitor for cable managment.

Its work but only with hdmi cable,ty for help I tryed fix speakers in option ,but no speakers on monitor like you say,ty again and sry for my englisg
