Ryzen 5 2600 OC

I've been trying to overclock my ryzen 5 2600 on a gigabyte b450 aorus elite mobo. 

I tried to get it to @4GHz but it can't boot.

Dynamic Vcore offset: +0.156

Vcore SoC offset: +0.090

Dram voltage: +1.370

Could you help me? I even tried to bump up the voltage to 1.4.

Is your memory OC past the XMP profile?

Also what kind of CPU cooling are you using?

No, it is running at 2933MHz. I built a custom watercooling. But I don't think the problem is with thermals because it won't even get to windows.

Assuming it boots with your XMP profile for your memory and your not OCing your RAM any further at this point. There is no need to change SOC or DRAM voltages. 

As far as OC the CPU don't use an offset use manual voltage to start need to find you limits of your chip then you can set an offset but you might loose a bit of stability.

I would try 4Ghz @ 1.4v leave everything else on auto quick and dirty and see if that gets you into windows if its not stable try 1.425v

Do you have your LLC set to extreme?

I don't have an LLC option in my bios.

I have the same mobo and cpu as you and I can barely overclock my cpu. I think it is thanks to the weak VRM's on the motherboard.

yeah maybe its just the fact that your particular cpu wont go to 4ghz. My 2600 goes all the way up to 4.25GHZ with voltage around 1.3V so yeah idk

You shouldn't increase the vcore, you should try to give a negative offset of 0,05-0,10.

the b450 aorus elite can't max out a 2600 unfortunately. that motherboard shouldn't exist under the aorus brand.
