I've been playing TF2 for a couple of hours with the onboard graphics on my A10-7850k

Just downloaded CoreTemp to see what my temperatures were like, but I didn't expect this:

If it is correct, is my cooling good lol? I only have a rear exhaust fan, waiting on a splitter so I can plug my front fan in...

EDIT: It appears that all CPU temp. monitors are incorrect as they do not support the Kaveri APU's yet.

I went to the BIOS straight after a gaming session and the temperature was 45c. So I guess thats my true value, which seems pretty good.

I am going to assume bad software or atleast the software cant read the sensors right, Id try another program

for me hwmonitor also gives temps of 10c... https://www.dropbox.com/s/c2uju13h78a56ei/Knipsel.PNG

That is your CPU core temp. That is more accurate when under load. My FX8320 is around 10c also with a Hyper 212 evo at idle. At idle you wanna look at socket temp, That is located next to the Mainboard temp.

What is your ambient temperature?

Im warm with a heater beside me, but at night it gets really cold. If I touch the side panel of the computer, its quite cold

Did you take the screen shot at night or in the day? If it was in the day well the reading would be off, however, if you took the screen shot in the night then it maybe correct. You should right click core temp in the task bar and then click refresh then do a load test and take another screen shot. You can also try using AIDA64 Extreme and compare the readings against core temp.

For me core temp is quiet accurate but when i do a stress test on my CPU with the frequency above 4.8Ghz it keeps that reading until i click refresh and then it sorts out itself.

At least the sensors on your motherboard are working correctly. Many of the AMD boards, especially, AM3 ones are busted and show incorrect values for the CPU temperature. You can try the latest version of AMD Overdrive, I believe it supports Kaveri APUs.

I downloaded the Asus AI Suite and it seems to stick at 30c at idle and rises when gaming, so I suppose that all third party programs are incorrect

that is usually the case, but the suite can be buggy as well.

just monitor your monitor monitoring the temperature monitor. (?)

You can not say that because ASUS's AI Suite is a but buggy at times. AIDA64 has been the most accurate in my history of OCing in the past two years but it too has had instances of giving wrong readings until i refresh the software.

Right ok, I just assumed that the manufacturer of my motherboard would provide accurate results...

Most of the times they do provide accurate results but there are times that the software itself sometimes freezes and only shows the figures from when it froze for what ever reason, either the OC was not stable or what ever it was. So it would be wise to just refresh the software from time to time and use another software to do the reading as well.
