Extra Connector Dangling from GPU

I built a computer using the cables provided from my RM850X but then after plugging it in into my GPU I realized theres an extra connector dangling from the GPU. Will this hurt my card or have any negative impact on performances? If theres a proper cable for it I must have misplaced it...

It literally does not matter.
