No post overclocking FX-8320E

Iv have not been able to overclock my CPU over 4ghz and when i do my pc wont post at all. i have too take my cpu out and put in my old one and Boom it posts. my cpu is not damaged or anything i just have too switch them to reset my bios. after i rest the Bios I can put FX-8320E CPU back in and it posts. Idk what the problem is can anyone help me? Im just a newbie trying to find out what the problem is.

Every motherboard reacts to overclocking different

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.
