Plug the stuff into PcPartPicker, read the estimated wattage, add 20% and then bump up to the nearest 50w.  Anything over that number is probably fine as long as your PSU is decent.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
