GPU Upgrade - 1660ti Worth it over 1660/Super?

Hey.

I was looking for some last minute questions.

 

I currently have a 1050ti And want to upgrade, Been playing the new COD alot recently and sadly have to play at 80% Render distance and lowest settings of everything to hardly pull 60FPS. (around 40-60FPS)

 

I started looking at the 1660 Super it was around $310-$330 - and then I saw this Black Friday sale that makes the Ti Version the same price, So Im guessing its smarter to go with it.

Here are my questions.

Does it look like a decent card?

I do not plan on playing over 60FPS. (I really just want to be playing in Med - High settings Locked at 60FPS with no drops :c)

I have only ever looked at the lower end card, and thought MSi was pretty respected. 

But there are so many different brands, so many diffrent clock speeds idk what to be looking for.

 

Is ordering off Amazon a smart idea? 

NewEgg has the same sale price, (but you get a rebate card) and it also has 20$ Shipping, so it isnt as good of a deal.

I also saw one review saying the persons box was open, BUT it says they are currently out of stock and will be restocked Dec. 9 so I am guessing its going to be new stock.

But delivery kinda scares me on high end products (yes this is high end to me) with people tossing the packages around.

 

Do I need New Cables for my Displays? 

 

I currently have 2 screens, Ones a TV mounted for YouTube and such, and the other is a somewhat oldish monitor that still works fine to me.

 

But I am using a HDMI (tv) to DVI (gpu) for the TV & VGA IN (monitor) to VGA (with a little HDMI adapter thing) to HDMI (GPU) 
But I belive the 1660 has 1 HDMI port and 3 DVIs

 

The monitor has a DVI-D in So I am going to need a Display port to DVI?
