1k Budget, need hints for improvements

I have put together 2 diffrent version. Could you plz give advice what to change/improve for a 1k Budget build in Germany, Europe that is meant for gaming.

I would use the ret of the Budget to get some ceahp/good Case Fans for a bit more cooling.
