What PSU exactly? wattage and 80+ rating both are meaningless in the great scheme of things, without knowing the exact unit there's absolutely no way to give a proper reply.

That doesn't look like a great PSU to be honest, look for something better.

Would a CORSAIR - CX-M Series 650W ATX12V 2.4/EPS12V 2.92 80 Plus Bronze Modular Power Supply be alright. Or should I go for a higher wattage like EVGA - 700W ATX12V /EPS12V 80 Plus Bronze Power Supply DC-DC Technology

Any of those will be far better than the one you were originally looking at.
