Which b450 is better?

The Asrock one will be a bit better.

 

But both are decent if you can't get the Asrock one, you don't have to feel bad about buying the MSI one.

thanks. any idea about the ram? ill be getting dual channel 16 gb 3000+ mhz. any suggestion on which ones to get?

I've got an MSI B450 Tomahawk and it's treated me nicely. I know MSI is like a love-hate thing for a lot of people, but the Tomahawk has given me good luck anyway.

 

ASRock if you don't wanna chance it.
