2 different mouse and keyboard

Hi 

I would like to use my lenovo 330s 15arr laptop with 2 keyboard and mouse independently.

As a setup I like configure streaming with integrated and DSLR as a webcam as 2 webcam in the same time (sparcokam) plus 1 more screen connected and a big question is that possible to use the laptop trackpad and keyboard in windows only and the connected keyboard and mouse just in the game or specific application or screen?
