Finnish online retailer: "DO NOT BUY THESE"!

LogicalDrm

Verkkokauppa.com, a Finnish online retailer, has released its annual list of most returned and most repaired items lists. So things you might want to think about twice before buying. Ofc they don't know why items have been returned, or tell how many of repaired have been sold as refurbished. Verkkokauppa.com has its origins in PC hardware, but today they sell anything tech plus some extras like toys and musical equipment.

Since this is Finnish store, so are the details in list, so I've translated them here. See spoiler for more notes.

Spoiler

a) SCART is old AV connection for TVs, VCRs and such in Europe.

b) Deltaco is OEM brand mainly used in Nordic countries.

c) These style of coffeemakers where you use capsule for one cup are pretty popular here.

Keeping in mind that this list is mainly for fun, and just one store's numbers, there are some surprices. I mean, they have outlet which I visit time to time and most of the stuff there are antennas, laptops, phone cases, SODIMMs and other stuff like that. Another thing to keep in mind is that this store is used by general public. Hence why that Samsung SSD is there.

I was surprised to see a Samsung SSD there at first, until I noticed it was mSATA instead of SATA -- it's probably gotten lots of returns just because retards haven't actually bothered to read what they're buying, thinking they're buying SATA-drives and then returned the things once they realized their mistake.

Hand, n. A singular instrument worn at the end of the human arm and commonly thrust into somebody’s pocket.

Microsoft Xbox Elite Wireless Controller - 19.0%

I've been wanting to buy an Elite controller for use on PC. But I keep reading reviews about how the triggers will break and have ghosting or some similar issue. Often the D-pad and A/B buttons have a similar issue as well. I'm amazed Microsoft hasn't figured out how to cure this. I have an old Logitech F310 that still works flawlessly today.
