You build a $2000 machine and you are trying to keep a PSU that will go on a X399 motherboard under $50.... I really don't understand. 

 

Doing calculations in my head you will need 650-700w minimum. Look luck with that. 'member to watch out for the Dual 8 pin CPU.

Well, I'm still 17 and I dont have a monthly income or so and I need a lot of time to gather money.

You're leaving 25% of your gaming performance on the table vs even a Ryzen 3600 due to poor IPC. The 1920X doesn't really make sense anymore unless you are using professional applications.

the latter would be best and wouldnt restric you in making the most of the plattform,
