Computer Image is grainy

I'm working on a computer and the display is grainy. I have tried a different graphics card and there is no change. I have also tried the computer with no graphics card off the motherboard display ports. Computer is running windows 7 any ideas?

the windows is all grainy

the icons and everything look all funny

the monitor is probably set to 16-bit input in windows, change to 32-bit in windows resolution menu

Personal Build Project "Rained-On"

helped building up the CPU Overclocking Database and GPU Overclocking Database, check them out ;)

#KilledMyWife #MakeBombs #LinusIsNotFunny || Please, dont use non-default grey font colors. Think about the night-theme users! ;)
