Hi guys 
My friend asked me to build cheap PC for 1500PLN ~380USD (including monitor) He wants this to be upgradable in near future.
It needs to run LOL , some media and office spreadsheets.
Can you  check my pick for price/performance and part compatibility? i am open for suggestions.

if you need cheap accessories just buy some office equipment.

most wired office equipment aren't that expensive and if you find a wired one you might get a combo for 40$

yes they won't have special mouse buttons for games.

yes they won't look good at all but in the end a mouse needs to move the cursor.

At this low budget I would honestly buy most of the parts second hand. You can get some decent first or even second gen Ryzen 3 CPUs which should do better service than an athlon. Doing that you might as well have some left for a cheap graphics card so you don't have to rely on internal graphics.
