boop

please take no offence from this, but judging from your other posts this sounds like your first build please dont go rushing in allot of things can go wrong from lack of experience (heck im thinking about making on but i dont think im up to it). but just give yourself some more time to get more skills and understanding before you try doing all the fancy stuff

First of all I would rump the platinum ram for some other cheaper 2400mhz RAM.... its the exact same stuff.

Dont use mayhems pastel with primoflex LRT. it turns the pipes green and stuff can form due to the plasticizer in the LRT.

Try to stick to a full EKWB (EK) full loop as they are the best at everything (fittings/pumps/blocks)

I've been building computers since I was 15. I know what I'm doing I'm just new at this water cooling stuff...

So should I just go with Distilled Water?

This issue has been solved with the newer generation from primoflex.

I don't get it should I stay with that Mayhem Water thingy or Distilled Water?

Mayhems pastel with clear tubing, or distilled water with colored tubing. Your choice. Distilled water is best for the longevity of the loop, and your components. Remember to add a biocide if you go with distilled water. Maybe a chunk of silver coil would be good.

I can't go with Colored Tubing + Colored Water? Why not? :'(..

People are saying I can't do Colored Tubing + Mayham Paste thingy.

you can, it's kind of pointless since you already have colored tubing so what's the point in colored coolant, the only thing it would be noticeable in is the res.

Exactly my point I want the Reservoir to be black. And I accidentally made your post the solved answer (Unsolved it though lol)

use window film/tint (since you are looking for a blackout) for the res tube to color

the contents. primo and others tint the acrylic to do the same. this way if you chose

another scheme, rip the film off, clean the acrylic and use what other color/coolant you

wish.

to be honest, blackout h2o builds get to be lost and do not seem to translate well in

looks. always need accenting colors and contrast to make the loop look lively.
