Weird RAM slot issue

So I'm currently using an ASUS TUF Gaming X570-PLUS motherboard, and just a couple of days ago I decided to swap my RAM sticks over (Mistakenly used the wrong two dimm slots, just couldn't be bothered changing at the time :P) which is now fine. The issue here is that in the previous two slots ( 2 & 4 ) the RAM (Corsair Vengeance 3200s RGB) ran at its correct 3200Mhz, whereas now I can only push them to 3133Mhz in slots ( 1 & 3 ) otherwise it bricks.

The easy option would be to put them back if that's what works, however, this puts a bump in the road later on for expansion.

Any ideas? ?

Slots 2 & 4 are the correct slots for primary usage.
