i5 9300H/16GB/GTX 1660ti or i7 9750h/8G/GTX 1650

looking for better performance in games and emulators (CEMU/RPCS3) but I don't know if the i7 is worth it over the better gpu and the i7 has 1tb HDD + 256gb ssd and the i5 has only 512gb ssd

don't belive it will be much slower.

Both are good cpu's

Anything i've written between the * and * is not meant to be taken seriously.

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.
