well actually you just won't see any difference. There's usually no reason to do it, adding thermal paste to the stuff that comes on a stock cooler is just a waste of whatever you're using, and if you're adding more paste to compensate for taking a cooler off and putting it back on, you shouldn't because the good practice is to clean the CPU off and put fresh paste, as it ensures a more even spread.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad
