Sorry, it's been a while since i meddled with my system settings that i lost touch.

 

It is currently at 3000MHz, just double DRAM frequency

It's running at 3000/2933Mhz, so if you remember setting it to that; you're good!

The first screenshot shows the info you're looking for.

NB frequency * 2 = RAM speed.

not exactly, since the kit is rated for 3200MHz but you're running 3000MHz
