Update nothing is still working. Going to return everything. And have a prebuilt shipped to my friend in Oklahoma. Thanks for the help though guys ??

Right now lights on motherboard are lighting up but it doesn't post

System specs 

 

Everything is new except ram which was used in my old computer, I know neither are dead because they worked in my other computer, all plugs are all the way in.

can i have a reason on why ryzen 5 1600 and A320m motherboard? or are you that just tight in budget?

 

now, where did you connect the HDMI cable? did you seat the GPU properly?

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

CPU             Ryzen 5 3600 (Formerly Ryzen 3 1200)

GPU             : ASUS RX 580 Dual OC (Formerly ASUS GTX 1060 but it got corroded for some odd reasons)

GPU COOOER      : ID Cooling Frostflow 120 VGA (Stock cooler overheats even when undervolted :()

MOBO            : MSI B350m Bazooka

MEMORY          Team Group Elite TUF DDR4 3600 Mhz CL 16
STORAGE         : Seagate Baracudda 1TB and Kingston SSD
PSU             : Thermaltake Lite power 550W (Gonna change soon as i dont trust this)
CASE            : Rakk Anyag Frost
CPU COOLER      : ID-Cooling SE 207
CASE FANS       : Mix of ID cooling fans, Corsair fans and Rakk Ounos (planned change to ID Cooling)
DISPLAY         : SpectrePro XTNS24 144hz Curved VA panel
MOUSE           : Logitech G603 Lightspeed
KEYBOARD        : Rakk Lam Ang

HEADSET         : Plantronics RIG 500HD

Kingston Hyper X Stinger

 

and a whole lot of LED everywhere(behind the monitor, behind the desk, behind the shelf of the PC mount and inside the case)

Tight budget, fans won't spin hitting the power button does nothing. GPU is in right, even tried a spare to be sure

Yeah to even make sure it wasn't the power button I used a screwdriver on it

No, not at all.

When PSU is plugged in and turned on only MB lights turn on, pressing the button doesn't change anything.

could be something with the motherboard then. 

 

PSU shouldnt be it since it is actually powering the motherboard

Heres a picture of it w/ PSU plugged in and on. Bad cable managment is temporary

cant see the thing, but id look at returning the motherboard, and probably while you are at it, getting an actuall good board. if possibel spend the extra 10$ on a B450m Pro4

b450M pro is definitly worth it  i am running the same mobo myself and it has not failed me
