I have a streamer friend who is wanting to switch from PS4 to PC he has a budget of 1300 dollars. I had to add a cpu cooler since he originally didn't have one on there. I was wondering if there is some better deals ( we are waiting for Cyber Monday) He would like Ray tracing, and "At least 100 frames" in his words. No, not at all. When PSU is plugged in and turned on only MB lights turn on, pressing the button doesn't change anything.

Yeah to even make sure it wasn't the power button I used a screwdriver on it

Tight budget, fans won't spin hitting the power button does nothing. GPU is in right, even tried a spare to be sure
