PC POWER CYCLING PLEASE HELP

My pc has been like this the past week. I recently installed a new cooler and it started to happen. ive reseated my ram and reconnnected all my cables im not sure whats happening.

i5 4690k

deepcool neptwin v2 white cooler

hyperx 8gb ddr3 1600

120gb intel ssd

250gb samsung evo ssd

500gb 7200rpm hdd

850w silverstone psu modular 80+ gold

z97 g45 msi mobo

evga gtx 970 ssc

Have the same problem with my rig, have to use my laptop for now.

 

I know its not the ram or gpu, im troubleshooting mine too, giving you a update when im done with mine

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

(update) if it put it on its side it works fine idk whats even happening lmao. but sometimes the psu fan and cpu fan are the only fans spinning and it doesnt boot

you cpu cooler is VERY close to ypur cpu, maubu your cooler is bending your gpu, making your gpu saying to your system that it has to shutdown to prevent damage.

hen your pc sideways it could be that your cooler is not pending your gpu

your cpu cooler is very close to your graphics card.

I think your cpu cooler is bending (i do not know if this is the right word) your gpu.

When your pc sideways it is nit bending your gpu anymore

I had that problem before, And that was doing it after I updated the bios. Easy way to reset the Cmos and power fully down to able to to go back to the old bios and or chnage settings in the bios. Ohh Do you have fast boot enable in the bios? If so Disable Fast Boot! as that does affect it...
