Amd ryzen 5 3600

DDR4 Corsair lpx vengeance 3200 ram

Msi 2070 super ventus oc

Corsair txm 650w psu

Corsair carbide delta rgb mid atx tower. 

 

The system boots up and the fans go at full blast and then go quiet. The rbg works. I connected a speaker from another case and im getting no beeps(beeps when ram is completely removed so it works) 

 

Don't know bios version

 

I tried 1 ram, clearing cmos via jumper and removing the battery, taking everything apart and putting it back in. Put the gpu into another pc and it posted fine, although it would allow me to out the old gpu back in the same pcie slot until i did a bios wipe.

That board should have a bios flash option which will let you update the bios even without a cpu or memory installed, you may want to try using that to update to the latest motherboard bios available
