Recommended Graphics Card for budget CPU

Hello everyone, I'm thinking of upgrading my GPU in accordance to my CPU to cause the least bottlenecking possible. My current setup is as follows:

CPU: i5 3470

RAM: 16GB XPG ADATA 1600MHZ

SSD:  240GB KINGSTON

HDD: 1 HDD 1 TB and  1 HDD 500GB

Power Supply: COSAIR CX600M MOBO

Motherboard: LENOVO Thinkcentre M92P TOWER SPEC

GPU: GTX 760

I'm currently looking at the following possible GPUs:

RX 580

GTX 1660

Considering prices and overall sustainability in coming years (planning on upgrading CPU and Motherboard in a few more months), I'm leaning towards the RX 580, but I would love any suggestions anyone may have.

Thanks in advance!

You should also consider the 1660 Super, as it gets a nice boost (sometimes really noticeable) compared to the regular 1660 with its GDDR6 memory. That being said, the 1660 (non-Super) will be on par or barely faster than the 580 in almost all cases, so unless you find a 580 for way cheaper, or really don't care at all about Nvidia Shadowplay, I'd suggest going with the 1660.

When it comes to bottlenecking, especially in recent CPU intensive titles, your i5 will bottleneck either of the two GPUs you've mentioned by a fair bit, especially if you're running at something like 1080p. But again, how much your GPU would be bottlenecked will vary on a game by game basis.

You'd actually have to try pretty hard to find one that isn't...
