Intel 660p Series M.2 2280 2TB

Ive been seeing that this drive is best bang/buck. 

The speeds seem slow for an M.? Would this be noticeable compared faster drive?

Ryzen 7 5800X3D, Corsair H105, Gigabyte x570 Aorus Elite, Corsair Vengeance 32GB 3600MHz, EVGA RTX 3070Ti FTW3, Samsung 850 Pro / WD SN850 / OCZ Trion 150

you mean NVME i suppose. 

its QLC, so yes its slower than TLC, and DLC drives.

unless you do massive write sessions you wont notice anything.

If you need a 2tb SSD, the 660p is the best value right now. It's a bit slower than some other TLC based NVME drives, but still good enough for daily usage.

I'd say the 660p is ideal if you have 2 m.2 slots and this is your data/game drive. I have a TLC SSD for boot and the 660p for data and that seems to work splendidly.

Thats a pretty big increase in price. Im just a gamer, so the 660p should be good enough?

I was thinking about doing this also. 
Right now i have an 850 Pro for boot and 1TB ssd

Would be better that SATA im sure,  would like the 2TB boot/game on same drive.
