Have you tried port forwarding?

Settings vary router to router. You just kinda gotta figure it out. Even I have a hard time setting it up. All I can say is to try to find a guide online for your router. Also keep in mind if your using ISP supplied box, sometimes they dont allow the user to set port forwarding settings.
