get faster ram (3000 or 3200), a 512gb ssd (you can add hdd later, when ssd fills up) and a second hand rx580 to save some money, or go straight to a 1660 super. cpu also comes with cooler included, you don't need to buy it separately.

The Ryzen 5 2600 already comes with a Wraith Stealth cooler, no point in buying a cooler separate unless you plan on heavily overclocking. And if you are, I wouldn't recommend getting another Ryzen stock cooler. Put the money from the unnecessary cooler elsewhere in the system like better memory and more SSD storage space.

Faster, Dual Channel memory is  a must for Ryzen. You are going to want at least 3000mhz(3200mhz is only a couple more dollars) and a 2x8GB kit. Single channel and less than 3000mhz on Ryzen is a big no no.

For the PSU the EVGA GD(2019) is higher on the tier list than the BQ with an 80+ Gold rating which is a big plus as well as it's cheaper.

That Asus board is junk. If you want an upgrade path to a 2700X/3700X etc then I would go with an MSI B450 board.

Not a huge difference between the RX 580 and 590. Swap it back if you want though.
