How much does that cost?

Thats a 5 year old cpu at this point using ddr3 ram your not gonna have any upgrade path at all

How much money? I doubt that they will sell it for cheaper than you can DIY.  If pairing it with a $100 ish 1080p monitor it should be pretty adequate. But, don't pay more than say $200 for it because you can get a used dell optiplex on ebay, slap in a 4690, and rx 470 and end up with a similar system for pretty cheap. These are pretty abundant on ebay https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-OptiPlex-3020-TWR-500GB-HDD-i5-4570-8GB-DDR3-DVDRW-Win10P-1LGXW12/223681120186?hash=item34146f07ba%3Ag%3AN4QAAOSwYIxdi9Mu&LH_BIN=1 and i recently took one of them and added one of these after upgrading the psu which you need a cheap adapter for btw but, it works.  https://www.ebay.com/itm/MSI-RADEON-RX470-4GB-GRAPHIC-VIDEO-CARD-DVI-OUT-ONLY/183920746024?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649
