GPU Utilization Spikes

Problem: When running games certain games including, Subnautica, Osiris New Dawn, and Rainbow Six Siege, the game crashes while GPU utilization spikes up to 100% and then bottoms out at 0% after 10-15 minutes of game-play. After relaunching the game the issue occurs more frequently, after 5-10 minutes of game-play.

 

Programs Running: Typically Steam, Discord, Aorus Engine, Samsung Magician, Geforce Experience, and MSI Command Center are running in the background.

 

System Specs: Ryzen 5 2600 @ 3.85ghz

MSI B450 Gaming Plus bios version 7b86v1c

Gigabyte Nvidia 1080ti Aorus Extreme Edition

64gb Corsair Vengeance LPX memmory @ 2666mhz

1tb WD Blue m2. sata ssd boot drive

1tb Samsung 860 qvo ssd game storage drive 

650 watt EVGA psu

Windows 10 64bit

 

Additional Info: I have uninstalled and reinstalled my GPU drivers. Every game in question has been uninstalled and reinstalled. Also, I have all the error logs from my Osiris crashes on hand. I sent the error logs to Fenix Fire, the developer of Osiris New Dawn, about a month ago but I have not received a reply at this time.
