Way to remotely control my Android phone?

So, I currently don't have my android phone with me, but wanted to know if there was some sort of way to remote into it. I am rooted with android 10, and I realized that google play allows for apps to be downloaded remotely. Is there any way I can use this to get a shell open for my phone or something? Thanks!

IIRC Teamviewer works on phones but you'd probably have to see the screen somehow to get the code and password.

There is Google Remote Desktop too - might fit for your usage.
