You need Bluetooth receiver not antennas.

I've got one of those Bluetooth dongles that @Slottr posted for his first link. It works great for file transfers to & from my phone, along with my DS4 controller for gaming. 

 

If that motherboard has WiFi built it, it might have Bluetooth as part of the radio, but otherwise you'll need the PCIe adapter or USB dongle.
