If you're willing to forgo the media keys...

Filco Majestouch Convertible 2 TKL (Cherry MX Brown)

iKBC CD87BT Wired + Wireless 2 in 1 Mechanical Keyboard with Cherry MX Clear Switch (Clear switches are nice if you like browns) (has alternate media keys with FN)

Varmilo VB87M White LED TKL Laser Etched PBT Mechanical Keyboard (Brown is available, also FN media keys)

You might want to look into Corsair's offerings. They have several models with all the features you want.

Corsair K63 Wireless has everything minus the MX Brown switches based on what you mentioned.  I'll pass the suggestion along to our development team for additional switch options.
