i have a ryzen 5 2600 on a gigabyte B450M DS3H and i want to know what i should put my volt and all that so i can achieve 3.8 Ghz please and thank you and it would also help if you explain where i can change the core volt on my motherboards bios because i dont know

i am also using stock fan for cooling would it be ok??

You'll also likely need something better than a stock cooler.
