System no longer boots because of second graphics card.

Hello everybody,

a brief insight into my intentions: I want to path-through a second GPU into a VM. Therefore I bought a second GPU.

My problem:
When I have connected my main GPU to the power supply, my Manjaro Cinnamon boots normally. If I now connect the second GPU to power, my Manjaro doesn't boot anymore and gives me the following output:

OS: Manjaro Cinnamon 18.1.0
Kernel: 5.3.7-2
CPU:AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk Motherboard
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz
SSD: WD Black SN750 NVMe 500 GB, 2x Sandisk 500GB SSD
GPU1: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Armor OCV1 6GB
GPU2: AMD RX 570 4GB
PSU: Corsair RM650x

might be some driver issue with amd gpu , try it with some debian side stable  os

I tried it with Linux mint and get the same Error
