What does the link speed (Bus Interface) say in GPU-Z?

oc'd gtx 1060 6gb, asus b450f, ryzen 3600, generic chineese pcie extension which is dealing with a LOT of tension loool, rm750x, corsair vengance 3600mhz ram (but its defaulted to 2666 for now for reasons)

Ok, so link speed is fine, I would watch the bus interface speed while gaming and see if it drops down when the FPS drops
