I received a EVGA 1070 8GB ACX 3.0 for my birthday about 2 week ago and i'm planning to build a somewhat budget 1440p gaming pc for around $600usd. Already have all peripherals and was thinking something along these lines

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Azsull/saved/#view=PXKtpg  On the PcPartPicker notes it say "The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports. When the M.2 slot is populated, two SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports are disabled" what does this mean??

I plan on buying it on Black Friday or Cyber Monday and more then likely getting 5 3600 over 5 2600

Thanks for any feedback you my leave

simply means the 2 sata ports will be disabled if you use m.2 slot

so would the Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive(SATA 6 Gb/s) work with the Intel 660p Series 512 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive??

As long as the SATA port is not broken you should have no problems.
