Hi am really confused and i cant seem to find a list of supported b450 motherboards for 3rd gen ryzen (im looking at 3700x)

Not sure if this is what you want, but it might help.

 

 

This one is a list of Vcore voltage stuff, but I do see that it has detailed info about b450 boards and the Ryzen processors used with them.

Yes, all B450 should support Ryzen 3700x
