The problem you will encounter with such switches is that they are toggle-switches, while PC case power on buttons typically are momentary switches.

The difference being: a toggle switch can be toggled to 1 or 0. A momentary switch is pressed and will be 1 or 0 for as long as you hold it, after not holding it anymore it goes back to its normal state. What that comes down to, is that you will have to edit the fighter jet style switch into a momentary switch.

 

Luckily the person above me already linked a source to get one of these switches modded to being suited for PC turning on usage.

Yeah that switch is modded to a click switch.
